Pre-Production Log: Location Scouting/Recces

As i was writing the script i thought of each scene and what it would look like and i thought of locations and what would work best for what scene and after landing on two locations for the two houses in the film (mine and a friends) i then filled out the paperwork for them

Pre-Production Log: Personnel List

Once i had an idea of all the roles i then needed actors and i chose who i thought would fit each character and also accounted for everyones comfortability like who'd be ok with doing each scene

I listed all the equipment i had and needed for all the scenes thought my short film like the destructible props and the cameras and listed the quantity of each resource and equipment

Pre-production Log: Storyboard

After writing the script i had an idea in my head of what each scene was going to look like so moving onto the story board was easy so i made storyboard of the main events nothing special just one angle of each main event and a description of that event then i did a second storyboard about the opening going into a little more detail of how i want to capture it from establishing shots to introducing the main character which helped me visualize what i wanted for when i start to film
